Dubai has opened a new beach that allows dogs to swim alongside their owners. Nakheel, the developer behind the project, has touted the Dubai Islands Beach as the first “family-friendly” beach in the emirate to permit dogs in the water.

Situated on the northern coast of Dubai, the beach is open from sunrise to sunset and offers a range of activities such as beach volleyball, football, and soon-to-be-introduced water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding, in partnership with Blue Safari.

The beach is located near the Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai and Hotel Riu Dubai, making it a popular destination for water sports and beach sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the beach will have various food and beverage concepts and more activities available by the end of the year.

Visitors can reach the beach through road or water transportation, with boat and yacht owners being able to anchor at the nearby Nakheel Marina Dubai Islands.

With plenty of space and amenities, it’s sure to be a hit with both you and your pup. So come on down and let your pup have some fun at this amazing new dog beach!
